"The Icetea made for you, Be good, Be Jaztea! "

 

Marketing strategies that we will use is focusing more on the flavour and the ingredients of the product. Of course, we are still going to emphasize the great bottle desing, but focusing more on the product itself.

 

The jaztea market is everyone, going from kids to grown ups. We are going to be the tea for everyone, that is why our slogan would be “The IceTea made for you, Be good, Be JazTea! ”.

 

JazTea will have all kind of media advertisings. On TV, JazTea will focus on having it’s advertisings on the screen at luch time between programs in family channels such as ”Good morning Berlin”, so most of the families will see it and we will have more customers.

 

The edorsment publicity is going to be used with Bruce Willis because he is a great actor and globaly recognized. Even though he had his best years as an actor an having become popular in Hollywood, he was born in Germany and he will attract a lot of custumers because he continous being a German proud.

 

On magazines as Der Spiegel (The mirrow) Maganize that is one of the most read news maganizes on Germany, focusing on the adult market. And also, we will be announcing to the Bild, which is the largest circulation newspaper with about 4.4 million copies sold everyday. 

 

Furthermore, in the Internet media Jaztea will focus on the teenager, posting banners and pop/ups in social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. On the malls and street, JazTea will have posters and billboards for us to be able to cover big amount of people.

 

The way that we are going to get into the market is having big street advertising announcements, kind of discrete advertising announcements on the Internet and colorfull, fun and short TV annoucements. So that we do not annoyed our market, but to create a brand awarness  and let them the message that the should try us.

 

Distribution system:

 

* Wholesales stores.

*Small businesses stores.

*Grocery stores.

 

We can sell in big amounts at the wholesales and independent products in the small businesses stores. That way at the small businesses sales they can get to know us, and when they like the product they can go to the wholesales stores and buy big amount of our product  with a cheaper cost.

 

All this will be controlled by staff members in Germany, we will have to open an office in Germany for  an easier deal making with the whole sales stores and small businesses. Our staff will be coordinated by two general managers, one mexican and the other one german. Why? For us to be able to get together this two cultures into one concept, that way we would be able to have german staff members and mexican staff members without miss understandings.
